Neptune does have some traces of water but suspended within the atmosphere in the form of ice crystals or haze (mostly hydrogen, helium, ammonia and other trace elements). Most likely there is an Earth-sized core at the center surrounded by a dense layer of ice. The Great Dark Spot discovered in August 1989 by Voyager 2 is gone, however in 1994 Hubble picked up a faint image of a new smaller storm in the northern hemisphere (also gone now). This planets winds measure at least 1,900 km/h.

NEPTUNE HAS NO WATER ON ITonce again, NO WATERevery video of it people are asking if the blue is water. neptune is filled with methane n some other gas in the form of ice. but no water. besides its so cold there any water would instantly freeze there wouldnt be oceans.
