i am a HERON. i ahev a long neck and pick fish out of the water w/ my beak. If you dont repost this comment on 10 other videos, i will come into your kitchen and make a mess of your pots and pans.

I saw one of these in a local pond today. I saw it catch three big goldfish. It was so beautiful! I live in Idaho and I don't think I've ever seen one before.

They occur as far north as southeastern Alaska.

There is a heronry near my home in West Virginia. They nest along the river. By mid-summer (now) they are visiting ponds and lakes all around the heronry.
