please how do you do theta step-by-step for yourself (& what the practitoner does mentally)? is God/Creator etc said aloud or mentally? sorry for a freebie but im 16 & i cannot get any live access to training & i want to do theta healing for myselfthanks

I've just finished my Basic DNA 1 and 2. It's amazing, looking forward to doing the advanced courses next month :-)
