This video is fun-kay. At seeing this video, I would imagine, and assume that Mayer is adherently trying to give Scofield some extra exposure to an audience (mayer fans) that would appreciate his delicious musical dexterity. The whole Ray Charles tribute album is awesome. I recommend it to any guitar player who is searching for super tasty, harmonically pleasing blues licks to add to their arsenal. Scofields other albums are amazing as well, although this album is pretty easy to transcribe.
