just saw kix here at rock on the bayou in houston, tx and they were hands down the best band there. go see them live if you get a chance they literally stole the show!

I used to dee jay in a dance club in the late 80's and when we closed we would play Kix up on the big screen all night long and take advantage of the college girls who thought we were just too cool. Kix helped me score many a nights. Thanks guys for breaking the ice with the horny little rocker chicks.

So this band was founded in my home town and the singer, Steve Whiteman, lives in my neighborhood.

i think that its coz this is hard rock styled but a little toward metal, a good balance of both, slash was a wanabee metal kinda kind, slash had this tone only he just turned teh gain up and thourght it was metal enoguh but he still played hard rock styled stuff and even attempted blues :)
