right, i may explain it further if you decide to buy them from the market.the most appropriate kinds of mangoes with this dessert should be one of these:"Oak-Rong" this should be what you referred that is still green when riped, smell great, quite fat shape, naturally sweet."Nam Dok Mai" slender shape, totally golden-yellow when riped, perfectly sweet."Keaw Saway" edible in both unriped or riped. dark green, large and might be the most famous in thailand.
