There are currently EVs that can go 250 miles per charge and 10 minute recharge. But they aren't sold to the general public yet. Take a look at Phoenix Motorcars. Also look up project better place.

Great - I am looking forward to buy some of the electric cars. I only want to improve their milage per charge - about 300 miles and more with time of charge about max 1 hour and I go for it. Much better than smelly petrol and diesel cars.
