This car won't be made for the general population. It's way too expensive to make and they have to be making like thousands to make a bit of a profit. This car(s) will get purchased in sum charity bid ata Dubai intervention or sumat.

Why would this get banned? The Rotary engine is inefficient and 450HP is not that much anymore compared to other cars at the lemans.
