No, actually this was based on a poem by a political prisoner. "Strangers hear (your sorrows, your crying) your brother (loved ones, family) doesn't". He's using a metaphor to explain his life in prison, and how he is alone in his sorrows, yet surrounded by strangers to whom he doesn't wish to show what's in his heart, but they still witness it.

He says "Kardesin duymaz el oglu duyar" means "Your brother do not hear it but sons of far away hear it", he means her about the problems they have.. :D
