oledodgediesel yes a 50/50 mix is fine,it will still start and run fine, in the winter you just increase the mix of diesel to 75/25

But if enough people actually bother to stop using Deisel, more of it won't be made into fuel and we can start using an alternative source.

I think is a nice idea, with all the used oil there is, from kentuckys a stuff, hehe...but maybe it´s not the solution for all the "new mercedes coming out". but i really believe it´s a nice mitigation idea.

Problem is, demand for that kind of oil is going up and it's becoming a hot item for thieves. Who would ever have thought that people would steal used grease? But they do.

i may do this on my old mercedes-benz 300D!my plan is to run it on 85/15 diesel and vegetable oil in the winter and 97/3 vegetable oil and whiskey in the summer!if there are any suggestions to other mixes that are useful, please comment or message me!TY

Do u have to pay tax on that? I wish i could do that to my mercedes, but its 4 years old, and i think its electronic injection and i dont wanna screw up the engine! Might buy a cheap old diesel tho, as it seems it will soon pay for ites self!

i have a lot of that used oil screened and cleaned in my shed could i mix it 50 -50 with diesel and run it in my 1987 ford idi 6.9 diesel any help ?

earthmagekl7 short answer would be no. lots of people do it at the moment but not everyone wants to spend th time getting a bit mucky just to drive their cars. i do and i must say its great getting free fuel. |
