it does :)i noticed that too. i can't make out what it says except "thank you" a bunch of times. which is basically the essence of how i feel about sigur ros. one of the only things i said when faced with Jonsi was "thank you"... they need to be appreiciated for the beauty they create, even if (especially if) they do create it just by "mucking about". :)

No, it isn't. In Icelandic, Iceland is Ísland. You're getting confused because Sigur Rós sometimes sing in a made-up language which they call Hopelandic.
