nuh-uh only sakura can capture them but whoever turns the card to its true form or weakens it enough so sakura can capture it(ie, tomoyo, shaoran, etc)gets the card. Idk why that doesn't happen in this eppy, maybe it's an oversight

Thats contradicting... how come the THUNDER card is owned by SAKURA but TIME cared is owned by LI, despite the fact that Li was the one who put both into its actual form.
