Since the offending players in the scandal were all Absolute Poker employees using a "superuser" account, by definition the games at Absolute Poker (and Ultimate Bet) are rigged. Keep in mind that the "superuser" accounts were facilitated by clandestine software installed on AP's servers. AP acknowledged this much and claims to have instituted safeguards to prevent this from happening again, and is in the process of refunding money to all players affected by the numerous superuser accounts.

The reason why you're seeing everybody's holecards is that this is a tournament replay, where you are allowed to see all bets and cards dealt around the table.
