In my dictionary, under the meaning of Jazz, you would see a picture of Dizzy Gillespie. He was an innovator, introduced people to different styles of music. Of course, he was a phenominal trumpet player. Arturo Sandoval is good, sure he can screech and reach note that are incredibly high. SO COULD DIZZY! You have to remember Dizzy is not exactly a young man here, and yet he still could play real high. Players like Arturo Sandoval would not play as good, if not for people like Dizzy.
