Not even. It was realistically 4 cars left running for the lead (and one, Kenny Wallace blew a motor late, and I believe still got a Top 10 because of it), and 20 some cars, if you could even call them that, and thats it.

Actually the 20 drove under the 18, but yeah you're right. I had never thought of that.

in 2001 the 20 landed on top of the 18 in sprint cup's daytona 500... in this race the 18 landed on top of the 20, little more than a year later
