might be interesting to know that this type of fingerhardening and strengthening if not done correctly can cause reduced fingerflexibility when playing guitar, normally your fingers will be very supple(do not know if it is spelled correctly) when playing lots of guitar, this type of training might reduce this and with it your fingerspeed on the fretboard. just a comment

Hmm this technique might work for my guitar playing as well? after 3 years my finger tips still aren't chaliced enough to endure the pain of moving my fingers up and down the fret board XD. losing sensitivity might be good :)

Get a bucket of sand and strike into it with your fingers rapped with tape at the joints. Then do finger push ups. You get great results my friend. You'll lose your sensitivity but you will get strong and powerful fingers to strike with.As for the break dancing, I don't know. Maybe after 1000 completed MA videos that were requested?

Say, when are we going to get to see you break dance? :D(Fingertip Strikes) I would like to think that I have strong hands, perhaps I don't, but I am interested in finger tip strikes; what would you recomend? Do you have vids or know of vids I should check out?Thank you very much Master Park!
