That issue is state by state. I know of a few states whos Police use exclusively Blue Lights and no red lights at all, And therefore by using your knowledge then people would not have to move aside for these vehicles. Any vehicle with emergency lights on it DOES NOT Have the right of way, You are correct. But they do have the authority to take down your license plate and report you to the local police dept for not yielding to Emergency Lights.

Believe me, I know. There reason I worded my question as I did is that some people think that because they have the lights that they are an emergency vehicle, when unfortunately, they are not :(

It is LAW to move off to the side of the road if the vehicle has red lights only if it has only blue lights you don't have to move but it would be nice!!
