I remember her playing her music in the clubs Like Merlins down at Southern Illinois University during the early to mid 1970's. I was a music major there at the time too. Even Big Twist and the Mellow Fellows were another group that became big. Good years back then that produced excellent musicians. She is living proof.

Wow. I've only seen Shawn from '99 and on. This is unexpected and surprising. She was so skinny lol.. but I must say, nothing compares to teh Shawn of present time

I have seen her in concert a few times...and she is wonderful and an absolute joy to listen to sing and her stories are wonderful. Love me some Shawnie :-)

This woman brought so much to my life. I was able to understand my life through her lyrics at tough times in my 20s. Thanks Shawn if you ever read this. I am completely humbled by your genious.
