Billy went on to play with much larger drum sets by the 70's. This was is puny by comparison. But he's a master of percussion no matter the size of the drum kit.

He looks just so huge beind that small kit!

Interesting you mention Tony Williams. As much as I love Tony I love Billy more because he possessed a more pwrful approach creatively. Billy influenced Tony much more creativly than the other way around. Pls listen to the Breaker Bros "Dreams Suite" 1970to show my point. Billy was and is an avatar of drums. One of my favorites over many.

Nice! An audience in 1968, Tony Williams notwithstanding, would doubtless not have known what hit 'em! What a bad ass muthafucka!

I am looking for footage on Horace Gant. He is a former wide receiver from St. Olaf who has signed a rookie free agent contract with the Washington Redskins.

Never thought i'd be seeing mr. Cobham playing hard bop! So used to watch him playing jazz fusion for Mahavishnu in a huge ass rock drum kit!
