evolution is just a fairytale......Its not even a theory!!!!

If thunderfoot debated creationism vs. evolution with venomfangx, that could suggest to innocent bystanders that there is something to debate about. If you don't accept evolution, good for you, because science thrives on skepticism, but first identify whether or not it's a religious issue. You would be better off arguing with the local priest then with the local scientist.

The Bible is meant to transform hearts, not to transfer facts. Use the Bible as a science textbook and you'll laughed out of any serious conversation.

here is some material on the platypus and ancient forms of mammals...this is all peer reviewed ww w. msnbc . m sn. c om/id/24504461/it also has links at the bottom that talk about other material about its ancestry, its a rather short article, so dont be afraid to read for once.

If it LOOKs like a duck, QUACKs like a duck, SWIMs like a duck, and hangs around with ducks it's probably a duck (or a really good hunter)
jtyranus (July 24, 2008 at 3:08 am)
"The article said DuckISH." ooh. how scientific. it is not even remotely like a duck bill so it is not even duckISH. it is not shaped like, it is not hard like a duck, it does not have tomia, it has electro sensitive nerves unlike a duck bill. so no the claim it is anything like a duck bill is a crap claim."Is there anything else like it?" yeah if you mean other species like it. they are called monotremes.
thecommonsenseguy (July 24, 2008 at 3:05 am)
hold up, you never proved to me that anything you said was true...why should i believe you?
HISTRUTHBEKNOWN (July 24, 2008 at 3:04 am)
The article said DuckISH. It is still a mosaic of traits. Is there anything else like it?bed time.
HISTRUTHBEKNOWN (July 24, 2008 at 3:02 am)
Fine. Provide the fossil record that the platypus evolved from a mammal. Get on with it. Provide the empirical hard core fossil evidence.
jtyranus (July 24, 2008 at 3:02 am)
"There are hundreds of fossils known as "living fossils" since the flora or fauna alive today is essentially unchanged." actually it is untrue that they are unchanged. take the coelacanth the modern one is quite different from the one that was in the fossil record."I did not say a duck bill. "Duck Bill like"." it is nothing like a duck bill. it is duck bill in shape only. and if it isnt remotely like a duck bill then it is not a mosaic. |
