If there were to be any benefits to such an experiment, what do you think they would be? I have dreams of such nightmares.

You should cry for the innocent lives destroyed by unwarranted human experimentation by entities that have yet to be brought to justice.I understand about the cat, but what if this happened to a family member, or you?Monsters are in the house, and we don't know what they look like, or how to fight them.

It was perpetrated on both Canadian and US citizens. And it had nothing to do with Canadian national Health Care - that's simply the system that was in place. If Hilary Clinton actually meant what she said about implementing national health care in the US, that would be a very good thing (the current US health system is the costliest per capita in the industrialised world), but i don't believe she does...

Orwellian doublespeak! Make up your mind, was it about US interfering with Canadian health care or was it perpetrated on US citizens? Are you trying to suggest Hillary has our best intentions at heart? How about you don't know what the f*** you're yappin about.

MKULTA was about the US interfering in Canadian health care - it has nothing whatever to do with national health care. MKULTRA was, after all, perpetrated on US citizens in the US (with privatized health care) as well as in Canada. National health care provides more freedom of choice than for-profit systems.
