Who ever's taking the mick out of this bloke, he was actually a film director legend- having seen films develop from the silent era to technicolour. He is, one of the most famous and acclaimed film director ever.

I have heard that ther is going to be a remake of the Birds to be realesed on July 3, 2009 and will star Naomi Watts as Melanie Daniels. I am looking forward to it's release but, most remakes suck and nobody tops the MASTER OF SUSPENSE.
