Yes, all 828 are all Lumiled's SuperFlux LEDs and all run at the recommend level of 70mA per LED or lower. The special effects are done with a custom 22-channel micro-computer that exucutes the various programs with PWM brigtness control independently on each channel. For normal marker lights and brake lights the LEDs are only running at about 5-30% of their rated output. That leaves plenty of room for brighter strobe effects.
