This show was the start of my weekly Saturday night TV routine with my grandparents. First, LW, then All in The Family, The Jeffersons, Maude, Mary Tyler Moore, Bob Newhart, and end with Carol Burnett.

They definetly need more shows like this, so many good memories with my devote grandfather watching it. All the best Musicians played in this awesome show

You are so right--you know he never allowed booze or smoke commercials during his show? I grew up watching this show, it was a good family show the likes we will never see again.

I'm 25, and my father grew up watching this show. They sure don't make shows like this anymore. Good ole family entertainment. :-)

i watched the show with my grandparents, at that time we could be proud and love america and we had hopes and dreams, but now its all washed up america now, there is no love its all about who screws who how many billions the big companies make and screw the little man and millions of jobs lost its a shame america turned into a melting pot

If they redid it now days they would be rapping the song and guys would have like sagging shorts with earings and extra short miniskirt with a tank top that shows way to much for the girls.

i wish i grew up in the simpler times...........life is too manipulated now. back then they hid behind the scenes. now they run the show. they control what is on tv now......garbage |
