yes with sony vegas 8.0 pro and it was pretty easy, u can do this with the "color corrector" Video FX. :D (btw this red version sux ..i made another one its on my dailymotion account and its much better :D)

indeed..its red i changed the colors. :P..and yes the video quality sucks..im sorry. :|oh and sorry for not replying in japanese..but the truth is..i have no idea of this wonderfull language. D:
