Oh get over it. So they cast a man as the main pilot in this in-flight movie, and not a woman. Big frickin' deal, we know women fly planes. They probably just did it that way to save time.Not everything has to be a big civil rights violation.

Don't be gay, alright? The answer is because there are just a lot more MALES who want to become pilots. Pure and simple. I'm a male pilot for a regional airline. Pilots are always in demand, and they'd hire a female hands down. There are just not that many.

Its a matter of experience not gender, I have seen female pilots, but mostly on smaller commercial jets, not large commercial jets.

Why couldn't the Captain (main pilot) be a female and the First officer (secondary pilot) be a male... And Delta calls this equal opportunity. |
