I remember this coming on MTV news. I was waiting on this album for months after I bought the Potholes/Jenifa single! Almost 20 years ago. Wow!

love '3 feet high and rising', but i feel that 'de la soul is dead' ranks up there along with it, i don't know, it's a tie with me. i wonder if there was ever a press kit for that record?

i remember buying 3 ft high and rising and everyone in high school dissing it hahaha then a few months later, De La Soul was on everybody's players. always ahead of the curve... that record is a 5 star classic.
