It's a shame singers usually are the ones that people follow, after they were both sacked by biff and they now have their own version OD (oliver/dawson) Saxon, with nigel durham on drums who played on the destiny album.

yeah but thats all over now , saxon have been back to winning ways since 1990 , amazing live band and one of the greatest, theyr on tour with motorhead in uk 2008 in november, new ep out same time , new album january 2009 , i cant wait.

It's so sad that Saxon got into more commercial styles, like what happened with other NWOBHM bands like Diamond Head and SPECIALLY Def "Pop" Leppard

dont be fooled by this performance or their clothing, this was in spain 1985 bad management tried to get them to appeal to the mtv and usa bubblegum rock market, but saxon rock harder now in 2008 than they ever did theyr still one of the hottest live bands on the planet, new album out in a few months, listen to their lionheart cd , you will know what i mean then, amazing metal band.
