Of course, using wushu like this in a fight would be for really advanced users. These twists are just to add complexion and hard to do - making it look better aswell.

Yea, they sure turn 360 degree a lot. So many unnecessary movements, but it's cool. ;)Fight is always about directly hit the enemy in tha face and he's finished.
