This song's power, hypnotic grind & menace is beyond conventional measurables. What isn't said is implied, & flows through each individual's imagination, painting a personalized portrait of massive dread. Hats off to "Sopranos" Musical Consultant Miami "Little Stephen" Van Sant[Silvio Dante] for getting this on the show. You're right about the "he". I'd put money on the rest though. It COULD be "whistle ahhh" or "whistle and" but I don't hear that in the clearer samples. Transcribing blues lyrics is often a little bit "bash and hope". But the rest of it's either right" - or he's singing "The indian blow the whistle". I just try and get them close enough to perform.

Are you sure about that? I mean, it fits, but how do you KNOW that? Also, I think it's more like... "That engineer blow tha wissslaah the fireman he ring the bell."added the "he".
