You might recognise this song from the BBC's Match Of The Day "Goal Of The Month" competition in 1994. The Life Of Riley reached number 28 on the UK Singles Chart in March 1992.

I've got to follow on with the "Goal Of The Month" comments and Match Of the DayAs poster before has stated, that since the BBC stopped using this music, it doesn't mean half as much.BRING IT BACK is what I say!!We are newly into a Premiership season.... the BBC are in danger of losing Match Of The Day as we know it.Tomorrow (when I'm sober!!) I'm gonna email the BBC with this request to reinstate this tune for "Goal Of The Month"I'll let you all know of any reply.....!!
