Well Bolton's a shithole I'll say that for nowt, but anyway another legendary clip of Carrot even if it was a short one! He is the prime example of the fact that it's not what you tell, its how you tell it. Anyone I see trying a Carrot joke just isn't funny, not without those facial expressions and the thick Brummie accent.

I think many of you are missing the point, it's a clip from a comedy show, his comedy-style is piss taking and he will take the piss out of other cities. Jasper has always been true to his roots and still lives in his hometown area or nearby (unlike Cilla Black who hasn't lived in Liverpool for 40 years but still has a strong scouse accent,but votes Tory). Let's not start a "Battle of Britain", wherever we live "home is where the heart is". By the way I liked his Eurovision gag at the end.

Well.. every town and city has it's rough areas. I'm only in Brum because of the uni and Edgebaston is green and middle-class. If you live in a bad area you're always going to see more poverty and crime, but that's because of the area, not the city - there are bad areas in Manchester, too. Probably even more in Liverpool!
