poor don..copys dylans voice and falls short, plays guitar in the same style but with less skill and writes lyrics that charm but lack dylans wit--- Dylan can't wait to get up and play--- his "new modern" song simply blows the room away. The hide of the copy cat. Dylan stands as a giant.

i don't know if you've seen the whole "Don't look back" film but earlier him and his friends talk about Donovan and joke about him and it seems like they aren't taking him very seriously at all. But I guess we'll never know for sure..

I'd say he just seems overawed by Dylan, Donovan was great in his own right but he was influenced by Dylan and it must of been a great experience for him being in that kind of situation listening to him. |
