And guys wonder why girls are always stressing about their appearance. Society shows us everyday and everywhere what we are "supposed to look like" to feel beautiful. I personally feel like it is a bunch of crap.

The most important role model for a daughter is a mother. If a mother is always looking in the mirror and commenting in front of her daughter how fat she is, etc, her daughter is going to learn those behaviors. Mothers, if you want your daughters to love themselves... Love yourself.
