Ah yes. This drink is very delicious when served cold. I don't find it to be spicy on the tongue but gives your throat a warmth feeling. If you could make the other drink Kahm-Juu

You could use it, but it may make the juice cloudy.

I think so. Even though the recipe is very simple, it will take time: boiling, cooling down, and putting dried persimmons into the liquid for 1 day.
