Was this recorded in a tuberculosis ward? All the coughing makes the instructor (already at low volume) extremely difficult to hear.

It is the worst introduction of the history of political philosophy i've ever seen..... "We lived until 1990 in a Machiavellian world" (sic)... So, Machiavelli invented evil ? Who's this teacher??????? |
