House of Cards is old too. I have versions of Weird Fishes, House of Cards and Nude (previously titled "Big Ideas") that are from like the early 00's and even earlier for Nude.

artists play unreleased songs in concerts sometimes. fall out boy played "this ain't a scene" at a show that was 1/2 a year before the album was released.
