Sigh, I was quite interested in this monitor but not after seeing this. I'm not a massive gamer these days but do like to FPS at times, and that would kill it for me. Looks like the mouse would act somewhat like it was attached via elastic bands to [that which is being controlled].Even worse is I'm coming of a 21" CRT so the difference would be even more stoopid than that Viewsonic.Uncool. So I guess I need to shop around some more now

i tested it today. its REALLY HORRIBLE. actions and WoW are completely unplayable for me. fuck. and it seemed to be so perfect.. fuck you, dell! :(

Not at all: I just sent mine back due to the lag in FPS (CS:S to be specific).

i have the 2408wfp, and I have to say it has the nicest display i have ever seen in contrast and color. I have not noticed any lag, i'd like to know which kind of plug his using on both monitors. This is the only monitor i have seen that has a display that seems to be perfectly calibrated from the beginning and a very powerfull display in terms of how bright and dark it goes. I dunno what your talking about with the desig, the sharp monitors have the most un-annoying design there is. :P |
