In all fairness that's pretty much what Japanese people wear. This is just a super small subculture. Almost all of this takes place on a single bridge in Harajuku.

Hey i live on long island (which is in New York) and for holloween really wanted to dress up like a harajuku girl in the decora style but i'm worried people will not get it or rag on me but what other chance do i have to go all out with makup and clothes! So what do people think?
