Ah. Simps like me need clarification from time to time :)

Oh, geez. I've been misunderstood here. By "roids," I meant HEMMORrhoids. That's why I said "I hurt just watching it." Crikey, that's why I have negative four. I'm glad you replied directly and triggered my e-mail alert; otherwise I wouldn't have had the chance to clarify. No, the lifter has my total respect, and until proven otherwise, I assume guys aren't juicing. Thanks, Veg.

Yeah. Everyone that is stronger than you MUST be on steroids. It's the only explanation for being able to lift heavy weight, because without drugs, the human body just isn't capable through hard work alone ;)

200 lbs and in capri pants now that is impressive

That's pretty amazing. What's most impressive is that it seems like he doesn't lower himself as much. It's almost like a press. A LOT of strength going on there.Unless he's just really f'ing explosive... then that's impressive, too.

I have a 32kg kettlebell made of cast iron and it's significantly smaller than that beast. If that is mostly made of lead then it could easily be 200lbs

That is amazing. I'll bet he's popping roids as big as the bell, though. I hurt just watching it. Great inspiration.
