Ahh, Julia Hare came to SFSU today to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the 1968 SFSU Strike. She used some of the same lines which I have never heard of and it was on point. I wish there were more people that could have heard her speak.

I agree with Dr. Julia but as black people refuse to support those who are there to help us. We are so corrupted by the bad images that we put out there that we don't know who is sincere anymore. And look we can't even make a comment about anything without someone getting offended and cursing about another persons comment. Are we that sensitive that we can't embrace our differences? We can't continue to blame other people for our problems if we refuse to place some blame upon ourselves.

We need 2 read more Marcus Garvey , Sourjourner Truth and others who worked selflessly for a tomorrow that I wish did not look like a 2day. We need to be stimulated, reminded with the truth not only on Back History month the shortest month of the year but 365 days and a qaurter. We need to be reminded that we r much more than than what we are perceived 2 b.
