NEW OASIS DEMO - Stop The Clocks

Written by Noel. Possibly the most eagerly anticipated new song by fans due to Noel raving about the song (in late-2002 and early-2003 interviews). Speaking to Austrian TV show 'Arena' he went into more detail about the song. "I think is the best song I've ever written because of the words and the music, it doesn't sound like anything we've done before or anything I've ever written. In it's lyrical content it's quite near to The Masterplan." The song was written in 2001 and recorded during sessions for Don't Believe the Truth, but not considered satisfactory enough for release. if they ever record this properly - which they should - they should so have noel do the first verse and chorus, then liam do the 2nd verse and chorus, and then sorta come together on the final verse, liam singing it straigh and noel harmonising each line (almost like he's doing on the third verse anyway). it would be amazing!!

i can't believe it hasn't been released yet. i would imagine it will be on his possible solo album or on their next one, because this song could be huge.

this is cracking, noel at his best. think he just hyped it up a bit too much then felt daft about releasing it. sticks in your head after a couple of listens then wont go away. definatley a noel song, couldnt imagine liam singing it.
