what a great song. love this. very patriotic, all very true. this is america right here. we're all friken proud to be able to say "this is our country". this song tells us what america is about, just look up the lyrics. im spending the 99 cents to put this on my ipod

Anyone commenting on the way he says OUR is a complete f*cking idiot. It's blues-based music for christ's sake. If you're not English, Aussie, or American, you dont get to comment on the proper pronounciation of English, and the English and Aussies sound plenty fed up in the way they speak as well. This is a good song. JM has achieved a place in rock music history. He understands American music. I hate some of his music, but this is a good song. The music industry sucks balls. JayZ SUCKS.

i hate this song but the comment by JCNinja78 is very racist he state 'what's wrong with black people?' anyway this song is a terrible song which could be used a a torture weapon as to the gay singing and most inaudible racket of music which it hides behind I HATE THIS SONG AND I HATE JOHN MELLENCAMP
