Dacnes with Wolves is a great movie. To this day, it remains my favorite movie of all time. The emotion it gives me. I have to hold back tears everytime I watch it. It's a shame such a great people were driven from their own homeland just so greedy men glory lusting men could get what they wanted. Be it the greedy gold miners, or the glory lusting generals like Custer, they all commited acts of horror. Not all of the Americans were/are bad. Look at Dances with Wolves... I am crying even now....

Tupac was dead when "Ghetto gospel" was recorded. Eminem requested permission from Elton John and Tupac's mother to make ghetto gospel. He took samples from this and Tupac's song. Both are great songs though.

This is a song about the movie "Dances with Wolves". It's about when the white Americans killed all the Indians.2pac made a great version of it, "Ghetto Gospel".This song is beautiful and has a powerful meaning and message.

naw. they're both good songs. but this is the original. That whole song is pre-recorded. It takes lyrics from Tupac's other raps/(or rap idk) and this one part from Elton's song.

So sad. Such a great people driven toward extinction. Such great ideals. So many great people lost. So much history lay still. The senselessness of mankind sickens me at times. Maybe one day these great people will wonder the plains once more...if only we could be so blessed as to have such a people revitalized.

One of the standouts from Madman across the Water album, along with Tiny Dancer + Levon, one i've always really liked- but i never expected it would turn up as part of a #1 so many years on.

Emenem fused this song and Tupac's own Ghetto Gospel to make a song, he asked permission from Elton John and Tupac's family for the use of the songs. |
