Turns out Ebay waited for its stock to drop to an alltime low, then buy back a controlling share. That way, they have no resistance from shareholders! Clever, and now they can do whatever they want!

I am an EBAY Seller, and I see no way of surviving the fees, DSR ratings fiasco, cost of business, constant changes by Ebay big wigs, etc.I may leave ebay altogether.
