Another Monage video I make of a certain group (known as the people who attended the Loopkicks Mini-Camp Germany 2005), which I did along with the Team Ryouko Montage. Though, the Team Ryouko montage I took about 6-7 hours to do, with this video, I was in a hurry and did it in about 2-3 hours, but I think it turned out pretty good. Enjoy!

In a lot of martial arts, especially the old training styles, students are made to do stances for long periods of time. Not just to do 300 punches or kicks, but sometimes they will be standing in horse stance for a good 2 hours or more. Things like that which build strength but no bulky muscles.

I know my friend Kala was with loopkicks and had been taking a lot of stance training. (Wing Chun for one) i think the strength training has a lot to do with it. Strength rather than size.
