hey flip46,you only need to downshift when your rpm's are low and are in mid drift. if you lose rpm's in mid drift you use Heel-toe and downshift to boost your rpm's and increase your acceleration in the exit. i'm just a kid, but i have my cousin to thank for teaching me. x]

well with fwd's you can weight transfer on turns and it will start a drift but its pretty meesly. also if your e-brake doesnt lock up the back or you got abs its your best shot to practice on wet ground in vacant lot just trying to feint drift...im just trying to find a good lot to do it in. also use scraper tires like he said since theyr dirt cheap |
