We use our exclusive 3B hose which has two coolant lines that circulate coolant which has been heated by the waste heat from your engine. As the heated coolant circulates through the coolant lines which are wrapped with the fuel line and through the heat exchanger in our veggie tank, all of the veggie oil is heated up throughout it's path from tank to engine. how do you keep heat in the gas tank so in the winter it dosen't freeze

hello ! i have just one dought. (sorry my bad english)have you ever open a diesel engine converted to vgo?its the same thing like running diesel?since the engine creates more heat running on vgo that normal diesel im afraid to do some damage to my cars, i have 2 of them running on ovg mitsubishi l200 and space runner!thanks for posting your videos ;)

We are a Straight Vegetable Oil company so what I can tell you is how our systems perform in cold weather. We have vehicles running our systems from Fairbanks Alaska to Canada and the upper East Coast. Start up times before switching over to SVO will take longer the colder it gets, but once our system gets the vegetable oil up to temp, running in sub zero temperatures is not an issue. I live in Ohio and we get some fairly bad winters. How does one keep that oil at a good enough temperature? Plus I don't use my car everyday...would it just be better to run biodiesel in the winter mixed with regular diesel? |
