The HL100 is a superb automated calf rearing system with the capacity of up to 4 feeding stations; each station rearing up to approximately 38 calves giving a total capacity of up to approximately 150 calves.The system is built from modules, giving the user the opportunity to feed fresh milk or milk replacer with combinations of vitamins, additives in both powder and liquid form for individual calves or for the whole group. It is the perfect delivery mechanism for "The Queen of Calves Program'. So it's easy to choose the solution that best fits your current needs and simple to alter the program or upgrade the existing machines capabilities any time in the future.You can program variations of temperature, concentration, amount of liquid per day, ration quantity, time between visits and possible additives to the milk to suit your feeding requirements. Because each calf is identified by the ID number on the ear tag or collar transponder, you can accurately monitor every individual animal. It's very hygienic; when the calf has finished feeding, the tubes are automatically cleaned with a warm flush of water.
