There are several refineries in California going toward Baker that have only one or two drills going. They do that to make it look like there isn't enough oil but there is. I have a 98 Saturn Sl2 and it used to cost $26.00 to fill the tank. I put $26.00 in it yesterday and I only got 3/4 of a tank. It is bullshit and you are right about those assholes in the large trucks.
